Didn’t know this trail existed but stumbled across the trailhead cycling. I was looking for a back road to avoid one of the busier roads and it looked promising. The map certainly showed the road connecting. However, in typical French fashion, it didn’t. It’s an adventure finding roads that connect rather than not existing, being blocked by a gate or turning into a gravel road. Well, in this case, the pavement ended and, while the road *did* connect, it was chunky gravel. The upside? This marker indicated a good trail. As it turns out part of it connects with a GR (Grande Randonnée) trail – GR 51: Les Balcons de la Méditérannée to be precise.
